Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms apply to the use of the Collabi website and to services provided by Collabi, unless a signed agreement with you says otherwise.

Services

The specific services, deliverables, timelines and fees for your project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Those documents take precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Client responsibilities

  • Providing accurate product, brand and account information in good time.
  • Providing timely access, approvals and feedback where needed.
  • Ensuring products, claims and packaging meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

Design and compliance

Packaging, listing and creative work is provided as design services only. Final responsibility for legal, regulatory and product-compliance approval remains with the client. This is particularly important for cosmetics, food, supplements and children's products.

Platform rules

Services delivered on third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own policies. We cannot control platform decisions, algorithm changes, account restrictions or downtime.

Results

We work to agreed scopes and best practice, but we do not guarantee specific sales, views, follower growth or other commercial outcomes.

Intellectual property

Ownership or licence of final delivered work transfers to the client once all invoices are paid in full. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates and working files, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Payment

Fees, deposits and invoicing schedules are confirmed in your proposal. Retained plans are billed monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. Late payment may pause active work.

Cancellation

Either party may end a retained plan with written notice as set out in your agreement. Work already delivered or scheduled within the notice period remains payable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
